i give my hsc and cet exam in year 2008. i want yo repeat cet exam for mbbs admission. am I eligible to give cet again in year 2012 n this wil be my 2nd attempt foe cet.

sir,
I scored 84.5% in hsc.n 106 in pcb in mht cet.I am curious to know whether i’ll get admission in bds through cet.My another query is, i’ve heard that there is 15% reservation seats in bds colleges out of mumbai for other students except the local area.so should i keep colleges out of mumbai as my 1st preference to seek admissions faster? I dont know whether this news of 15% reservation is true or not.pls help me to get a clear view of this admission procedure.
